# The coffee aptitude test

The ritual is repeated in the morning and in the afternoon. Every day, coffee is tasted in the laboratory at the Delta factory.

The green coffee from the newly arrived containers is tasted to confirm that everything is in order before roasting. Small samples are also tasted and must pass the demanding taste buds of Novadelta specialists. Only after they are tasted and approved do the suppliers proceed with loading the containers for shipment.
